ORDERS
Web orders: The easiest way to place an order with Billyjade is through our website. We accept payments through PayPal. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed and another when the order is shipped. If you have any questions at all about the order process, the best way to contact us is to send an email to mail@billyjade.co.uk.

Mail orders: There's one other way to place an order with Billyjade. Mail orders are gladly accepted and paid via cheque or bank transfer. Please email us at mail@billyjade.co.uk for an order form and bank details if required.

SHIPPING
Billyjade ships orders within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. We ship via 1st class Royal mail, which normally takes 1-5 business days. Packages will be sent to the address stored on your PayPal account. Please ensure your details are correct when you receive your confirmation email. If any details are incorrect please email us at mail@billyjade.co.uk on the same day as the order was placed notifying us of changes.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage and packaging is charged at £2 for orders under £10 and £4 for orders over £10. If you provided an email address at the time of your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your item(s) were shipped. Currently, we can only ship within the U.K. If you do not receive your order within the above stated time frame, please contact us within 30 days from the time the order was placed. After 30 days, Billyjade cannot be responsible for missing packages.

RETURN/EXCHANGES
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 7 days of order along with proof of purchase (does not include delivery charges). Billyjade will not accept any items that have been damaged in transit. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please dispatch goods by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. The Company will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition.

In addition you may return any item sold by Billyjade within 30 days if it is received with manufacturing defect pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty. Billyjade will examine the goods for defects and exchange them without question. If an exchange item is not available, for whatever reason, Billyjade will refund in full the cost of the goods.

The cost incurred for returning goods shall be at the customers expense.

Billyjade use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We BILLYJADE will not disclose any customer information to third parties. We will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

DESCRIPTIONS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All photos, descriptive matter and specifications are issued on this website for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products. All our products are produced to a high quality standard and with quality material. Our products are intended for appropriate every day use for pets. They are not intended to be used as professional training equipment and are not totally indestructible!

PRODUCT PRICING
We have taken every care to offer the best price for our products, we constantly check the market and source new suppliers therefore we reserve the rights to alter any prices without prior notice

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders received before 16:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will deal with each enquiry individually. Alternatively please refer to our returns policy.


Please note that although all our designer ranges are durable and well made, they are not indestructible and do have limitations. Extra care should be taken when engraving the Pet ID Tags. They have a protective coating on, which if incorrect or excessive pressure is applied could be damaged. Please make your engraver aware of this. Collars and leads do have a weight limit and although they are strong they are not unbreakable. Please bear this in mind if you have a particularly large or strong dog as if they do break under pressure they will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
